Message from Reverend Barbara:

You really have only one prayer to pray every day and it is a simple one.

Dear God,
How can I be of service, today, to you and to your children?
How can I spread Your love that is so freely given to all?
Guide me today as I dedicate myself to you.
Show me the way to let go of hatred, fear, jealousy and revenge.
Connect me to Your holy will, that is pure love
Lead me by Your Spirit, so that all may heal.
Amen, and again I say, Amen.

The Seminary's Beliefs

As an Interfaith Organization, MSA contends that all belief systems, exempting harmful contemplations, contribute to the overall understanding of humanity and to a common bond of unity.  It is also MSA's belief that ordination comes from God and as such, we are all Ministers of God.

The seminary believes in the true unity of all humankind. While we are all different in color, culture and creed, we honor the diversity of each individual. The creation by Spirit of each individual as unique, yet equal, cannot condone exclusivity. Therefore, the desire and right of an individual to minister to humankind, by way of ordination, cannot be refused by our seminary.

Our Creed

Ordination comes from God and is a  gift to all.

We believe in oneness with God as we are all children of God.  As children of God, it is only a matter of time before we realize our true inheritance.  This inheritance is not man-given, it is of God and as such is a calling from God that humankind answers. This calling is only from God, not man.  This calling can be answered only to God, not man.   Ordination is, therefore, from God, not man.  We are all called to service and are therefore preordained by God.

A Spiritual Organization, Independent Minister or Ministry cannot be defined or limited by a particular church, religion or congregation.

In answering our calling from God, we answer to God, not man. While great truths are found in all the great religions, God’s truths continue to grow in ways that often do not fit the dogma or structure of a particular spiritual organization.

A Spiritual Organization, Independent Minister or Ministry can be a part of and share the beliefs of a particular church or religion.

Independent callings can often follow closely and can be aligned with a particular church or religion.

A Spiritual Organization, Independent Minister or Ministry is a calling from God who blesses us with guidance and grace.

We believe in discernment and guidance from God as we answer our calling through  opening an independent church, ministry or missionary.  This guidance is given through divine grace, providing a clear path to fulfill God's plan and work.

We are all One and dwell deeply inside the One Spirit, and the One Spirit dwells deeply inside each One of us.

We are all children of God.  There is no separation by color, race or creed.  We are all of divine making and all dwell deeply within the One Spirit.

There are truths in all the great World Religions.

We believe that Love is fundamental to all of the world’s great religions.  As such, we strive to focus on the commonalities of love that thread through each religion rather than focusing on the differences and prejudices that can manifest through hateful interpretation of texts.  We define the unity found throughout as an expression of Universal Love.

All belief systems, exempting harmful contemplations and acts, share core beliefs that manifest in peace, joy and unity.

We believe that the golden rule can be found in the texts of all the world’s great religions.  We therefore uphold the honoring of each religion.  Harmful contemplations and acts are of the ego (ethnocentric) and therefore cannot be of God.  We strive to look through the eyes of God at our brothers and sisters and see all as one—all as Children of God

We Believe in The Separation of Church and State

We believe in the separation of church and state and as such choose to support and remain involved with the US Government through the payment of taxes.   We feel this provides for us the best opportunity to advocate for the needs of our ministers.
