You view the world as a whole.  You recognize the interdependence of all races, cultures and creeds. You view new thoughts about spirituality and religion as exciting adventures that can expand your understanding of God.

You wish to promote tolerance within family, friends, community and the wider world. You want to offer acceptance and non-judgement while maintaining your moral and ethical standards.  You, my friend, are a gift to the world.  You have the calling of an Interfaith Minister.

Certification as an Interfaith Minister prepares you to enter this calling with a basic foundation of knowledge regarding the World Religion's customs and rituals. Upon completion of this course, students graduate with a wealth of knowledge to be used in ministering to a world that is quickly becoming interfaith in nature.  Because the world is shrinking and cultures are blending, there is an increasing need for Interfaith Ministers.   You will be fulfilling the spiritual needs of many who are in need of your services.

The on line Certified Interfaith Minister course is designed to acquaint independent, interfaith or nondenominational ministers with the major world religions, their symbols and their rituals.  The course is presented in eight (8)  separate areas of study and completed via email.  Students are allowed to proceed at their own pace.   A final exam is required and the student must achieve a 75% or higher.   Certification as an Interfaith Minister is awarded at the successful completion of this course.  Students are then awarded the credentials CIM (Certified Interfaith Minister) to be used after their name.  Upon completion of this course, students receive a certificate as well as a diploma.

Areas of Study in Interfaith Ministry:

Feast Days of World Religions, Symbols and Rituals, Sacraments, Memorials, Candle and Healing Services, Meditation, Prayers and Blessings and Dedications.

This is a self-paced facilitated independent study program.  The Course Guide and texbook are included in the tuition fee.   Students are encouraged to complete assignments with the use of their textbook in addition to performing research. Upon completion, students will feel prepared to perform the duties of an interfaith minister.
